A hundred and sixty square metres on the top floor: oak parquet in large squares and chevron, warm greige lime-plaster walls, dark beams along the attic corridor. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen and a stair that leads up to the terrace.

At the top of the stairs, above the terracotta roofs: bell towers, domes and a tall pine. The round table is for late breakfasts and sunset aperitivo.

A carved four-poster in dark wood, wardrobes in textured plaster and an antique chair. The most theatrical room in the house.

A small, snug room: a double sofa bed, a white chest of drawers and sculptural mirrors. For two extra guests, or for reading in peace.
