Your questions

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and you can let yourself in with a code. Arriving later? Tell us and we will arrange it. Check-out is by 10:30.

Is breakfast included?

We don’t serve breakfast, but the kitchen has everything, espresso machine included, and our concierge will point you to the best bakeries nearby. On request we can have breakfast delivered, or send a private chef for dinner.

Do I need a car? Where can I park?

Not in town: Florence is best on foot. Via Maggio lies inside the ZTL, the limited traffic zone, so the car stays in our partner garage a short walk away. Spaces must be booked; we arrange it on request.

Can I bring my pet?

Small pets are welcome on request. Write to us before booking so we can get the house ready.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

Yes, on request, from Florence Peretola (about twenty minutes) or Pisa (about an hour). Your driver waits in arrivals: just send us your flight.
